Do you cover the French Riviera or Provence?

Not currently. Our Europe focus is Greek islands and Amalfi. We refer travelers to trusted partners in France.

Is the concierge included in the rate?

Basic concierge (arrival coordination, restaurant suggestions, transfers arrangement) is included. Deeper concierge (private chef, event planning, day charters) is quoted transparently on request.

Can I book the same property on both platforms?

A small overlap exists. Booking direct with us often unlocks flexible dates, off-cycle rates, or add-ons the platform inquiry model does not surface.

Why do you list fewer properties?

Because we have stood in all of them. A roster grows as fast as the inspection can keep up, and ours is two people with cameras rather than an onboarding form. The trade is real: less choice, more certainty about what arrives.

Can you handle a booking outside your twelve destinations?

Sometimes, through partners we know personally, and we will name them. If we cannot reach a market properly we say so rather than brokering blind. A referral we cannot stand behind is worth less to you than a straight no.

How do you decide which destinations to cover at all?

A destination earns a place when we have someone on the ground who answers on a Sunday, not when the search volume looks attractive. That is why the map is twelve places rather than forty. Adding a market we cannot service properly would raise the listing count and lower the thing people actually book us for.
