What makes it unusual for the neighborhood is not the finish level but the two things Condesa rentals almost never carry together: private outdoor space and a parking spot that belongs to the unit. A lift runs from the lobby, so the building is not a walk-up, though the apartment itself is spread across two levels rather than laid out on one.

Central Condesa on Foot

Condesa is one half of the walkable corridor that most first-time visitors to Mexico City end up living in, Roma Norte being the other. The streets are tree-lined and residential, and the cafes, mezcalerias and restaurants stack along Avenida Amsterdam and Avenida Michoacan. From the front door the cafe row is three minutes on foot and Parque México, the green center of the neighborhood, is four.
