The boat comes staffed and that cost already sits inside the rate. Her captain holds a United States Coast Guard charter licence for Biscayne Bay and takes every safety call, the anchorage among them. The briefing runs first. After that the crew work boarding, the beach club transom, deck service and the interior, and the transom is the piece that genuinely needs hands on it: folding it out and watching guests at the waterline is crew work, not a guest job.
