Casa Arka is an eight-bedroom jungle villa five minutes by car from the Tulum beach zone, inside a gated, monitored community. The eight rooms sit on two sleeping levels. Ground level holds two king master suites that open onto the starlight pool and a private jacuzzi, both with indoor-outdoor en-suite bathtub showers, plus a walk-down pool chamber king suite. Level one holds two more king bedrooms, plus two queen canopy bedrooms with courtyard views and a loft suite, those three a few steps from the cinema room. Casa Arka splits cleanly in two. The bottom two levels are for sleeping, eight rooms designed as separate chambers rather than variations on the same box, and the top level is given over entirely to the group. No bedrooms up there at all, just the sky fire lounge, the infinity pool and a courtyard of hammocks. The two king master suites on the ground floor open directly onto the starlight pool with a private jacuzzi beside it, and the cinema room sits a few steps from the level one bedrooms. A butler, chef and concierge cover the running of it.

Five Minutes From The Beach

The villa sits inside a secured gated community with surveillance around the clock, on the jungle side of Tulum rather than the beach road. Four kilometres and about five minutes separate it from the beach zone, which is close by the standards of the jungle villas here. Tulum Pueblo is eight minutes, Cenote Calavera ten and Gran Cenote twelve, and the ruins twelve minutes up the coast. Nothing is walkable, so transport belongs in the plan, but the drives are short enough that a beach morning and a cenote afternoon fit into the same day. Cancun airport is ninety minutes north. Starlight Pool To Sky Lounge

Two pools and a jacuzzi, on two different levels. The starlight pool runs along the ground floor with the master suites opening onto it and the private jacuzzi alongside, and the Royal Chamber walks straight down to the water. On level two, the infinity pool looks over the canopy with the sky fire lounge beside it, so the fire and the water share one terrace. Cabana lounges provide the shade, a yoga deck faces the jungle, and there is an outdoor shower for coming back from the beach. A Day With Nineteen People

The house is built so that nineteen guests are never all in the same place. Yoga deck and hammocks in the morning, the starlight pool through the middle of the day, and the sky fire lounge after dark with the cocktail bar in between. Film nights run in the theatre room on the one hundred and ten inch screen. Events are permitted with prior approval for up to thirty guests, covering birthdays, anniversaries and corporate retreats, with music ending at eleven and quiet hours until eight. Off site, the beach is five minutes, the cenotes ten to twelve, and the ruins twelve. Hammocks in the level two courtyard, yoga deck for the mornings. Two pools in use at different times of day. The butler coordinates services, reservations and logistics, and the concierge covers transport and excursions, with support on WhatsApp and phone around the clock.
