Casa Margaux is a house that leads with its architecture. White concrete cut against the Baja sky, a pool placed in the centre of the plan rather than behind it, and open-air sky showers that put you under the sky instead of a ceiling. Four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms for eight guests, with a chef kitchen and beach access. The geometry is the point and everything else follows it.

San Jose del Cabo

San Jose del Cabo is the older, quieter half of Los Cabos, about thirty minutes up the coast from the noise of Cabo San Lucas. Its centre keeps a colonial plaza, galleries that open late for the Thursday art walk, and restaurants that are not built around cruise traffic. The villa sits on the hillside above it with the water in view and white concrete reflecting the light back off the slope.
