Pershing is the Ferretti Group's performance marque, the low-slung, deep-metallic sportboats that define the look of fast Mediterranean cruising. The Pershing 37 brings that whole aesthetic to a day-boat size: a raked profile, a near-flush foredeck and an open cockpit built for speed and sun. What sets her apart in the fleet is exactly that, she is the fastest-rated planing hull of the group and the most overtly glamorous, the boat you take when the arrival matters as much as the anchorage. The fleet runs as many as three of these, so a matching pair for a larger party can often be arranged.

The Route

The day runs west from Salerno along the Divine Coast. Positano rises off the bow, Nerano and the Punta Campanella coves sit around the headland, and the Li Galli islands, the legendary home of the sirens, mark the crossing. Her speed makes Capri an easy centrepiece, the Faraglioni and the grottos without eating the whole day, with Amalfi and the Emerald Grotto at Conca dei Marini on the way back. The captain shapes the route around the sea state.

On the Water

Quick to the anchorage, then all about the sun and the water. The captain finds the calmest coves for swim stops, with snorkelling near the rocks and easy re-boarding. A Bluetooth stereo for your own music, towels aboard, and the removable sun shade when the sun is high. Dry snacks and soft drinks are included; a lunch ashore at Nerano or Conca dei Marini can be arranged on request.

Boarding & Transfers

A private Mercedes minivan transfer to and from the marina is included, so charter day skips the coast-road traffic and parking. Departure is from Salerno Marina d'Arechi, the fleet base. A licensed captain runs the boat throughout. This is a day charter, no overnight, returning to the marina by evening.
