Everything sits on a single storey. Villa Ever is built in the modern Marrakech idiom: long low volumes in terracotta pise, deep-set openings, flat roofs, and rooms that run the full depth of the house so the garden is always on the other side of the glass. Inside it is warmer and more contemporary than the medina riads. Timber-clad walls, low modular seating in clay and rose, oversized abstract canvases, and backlit joinery that turns the living room gold after dark.

The Setting

The villa sits inside the Fairmont Royal Palm, a gated golf resort roughly twenty minutes from Marrakech. Past the gate the landscape opens into fairways, olive groves and mature palms, with the Atlas foothills beyond. It is quiet in a way the city is not, and the resort carries its golf course, restaurants and spa within a short drive of the door.

The whole house sits on a single storey, with no stairs between the bedrooms, the living rooms and the garden. Five en-suite bedrooms, each opening to the garden through floor-to-ceiling glazing, and every bed is a 180 x 200 cm double. Two distinct living rooms: one timber-lined and art-led around a long low table, the other calmer and pale with backlit shelving running wall to wall.
