Inside the Amelkis gates

Amelkis is a gated golf resort on the southern side of Marrakech, and Villa Insa occupies the section of it nearest the city. That matters more than it sounds. Jemaa el-Fna is eight kilometers out, a fifteen minute drive, and Menara airport is fifteen minutes in the other direction, so arrival day is short and dinner in town costs nothing in planning.
