Soaring ceilings, natural light through most of the plan, and eight spacious bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The backyard is generous by the standards of the street, and the spa in it is a large one rather than a corner jacuzzi.

North Miami Beach

This part of Miami-Dade runs quieter than the Beach and more residential than Aventura. The practical reading for a group: five minutes to Bal Harbour, six to Haulover sand, five to Oleta River State Park for mangrove kayaking, and a supermarket you can actually park at. Two airports sit within half an hour, which makes an eighteen-person arrival from two cities workable.
