Five bedrooms against six and a half bathrooms, which means dedicated guest bathrooms rather than a shared hall bath doing double duty. Pool and spa outside, premium furnishings and finishes inside. It is the house in this collection that trades bedroom count for standard of finish.

Miami Shores is a small village municipality with its own walkable centre, wide residential streets and heavy tree cover, sitting between Wynwood to the south and Aventura to the north. It is the address to pick if you want a neighbourhood that behaves like one, with Wynwood galleries and the Design District a short drive down Biscayne Boulevard and the Bal Harbour causeway east.
