Villa Savant is built to be seen from. It sits over Biscayne Bay on the Venetian Islands and carries a rooftop infinity pool, which almost nothing else in the city does, so the view runs a full circle across downtown, South Beach and the bay itself. The Venetian Islands

The Venetian Islands are a chain of small residential islands strung on a causeway between Miami Beach and the mainland, which is the most useful address in the city for a group: Lincoln Road and Sunset Harbour are minutes east, Wynwood and the Design District minutes west, and neither is close enough to be audible. The bay is the front garden and the sunsets land on it.

Eight bedrooms are spread across three floors and all eight are en-suite, with the fourth carrying two queen beds and its own sauna. One bedroom sits at rooftop level. The private cinema handles the evening and the spa level handles the recovery, with a steam room and sauna alongside.
